1.2 Pay with Paypal

         

 When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

1.3 Payment Problems

If you encounter difficulties when trying to complete your order, please consider any of the following options:

1.4 Missing Confirmation Email

After you complete your purchase, IYING will send you a confirmation email.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please follow these steps:
Wait a few minutes and check your inbox again.
Check your spam folder.
Use the email search function to search for order confirmation.
If you still can’t locate your confirmation email, please contact our team at services@iyinauto.com and provide your name, email address, and shipping address of the original order.

1.5 Tracking Your Orders

After placing an order, you can log in to IYING and click on “My Account” to locate your order number. You will receive an email notification after your order ships, which will include the carrier and tracking number beneath the order number.
